Our Sales Team is seeking an Inside Sales Representative with at least one year of demonstrated success in Sales or Account Management. We are looking for someone who is not only energetic and competitive but also dedicated to providing exceptional service to our growing customer base. Inside Sales Representatives at Ally leverage the network of carriers built and fostered by our Operations Team to bring cost-effective strategies and elevated service to their customers' shipping and receiving departments.

JOB DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Acquire customers via high-volume cold calling, email prospecting, social networking, referrals, etc. We assist in providing leads (no territories- available market is virtually unlimited, anyone who ships in the US)
  • Collaborate with our Operations department to service customer needs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with your customers
  • Providing quotes and negotiating rates with customers
  • Communicating thoroughly and proactively throughout the shipment process
  • Assembling and coaching your support team as your book of business grows

COMPENSATION:

This position will earn a base salary + uncapped commissions. Additionally, our unique compensation plan includes a tiered base salary that increases as your book of business grows.

First year On-Target Earnings: $55,000 - $80,000

Second year On-Target Earnings: $90,000 - $120,000

Third year On-Target Earnings: $100,000+

QUALIFICATIONS:

A successful candidate must possess the following traits/skills:

  • 1+ years of proven success in a sales/account management role
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Alignment with Ally’s #HUSTLE values
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be comfortable in a fast-paced and high-energy environment
