Ally is seeking an energetic and detail oriented Facilities Specialist who is willing to go the extra mile to service our facilities! The role includes a variety of duties including general cleaning of the office, time of the essence jobs, and miscellaneous facility requests. The right individual will thrive in a fast paced environment and be confident in their ability to handle escalated situations independently and collaboratively with the Facilities team!

  • General office cleaning with a checklist workflow
  • Cleaning of bathrooms, kitchens, offices, workout rooms and shower rooms
  • Removal of trash from the office to the dumpsters
  • Breaking down cardboard boxes and recycling
  • Ordering office inventory (plates, bowls, paper, pens, etc.)
  • Working with outside office vendors
  • Miscellaneous tasks related to the facilities
  • General maintenance handiwork
