Our Technology team is looking for a Business Solutions Intern! This position will work closely with our Tech team and other key stakeholders to support the day-to-day operations, configuration, and maintenance of our TMS platform Revenova, a third-party Salesforce app. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in software administration, problem-solving, and business analysis while contributing to the success of our organization.

JOB DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in the configuration, customization, and maintenance of TMS platform
  • Support users by troubleshooting and resolving system issues
  • Assist in documenting system processes and best practices
  • Collaborate with the Tech team to implement new features and enhancements
  • Participate in testing and validation of new software implementations and updates
  • Provide support in training end-users on Salesforce functionality and best practices

QUALIFICATIONS:

A successful candidate must possess the following traits/skills:

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Management Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Basic understanding of ERP Configuration
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Experience with Excel
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to work a minimum of 20 hours a week
