Our Operations Team is looking for an energetic and competitive Operations Intern willing to go the extra mile with our customer service for carriers & sales team. Operations Specialists will collaborate with Carrier Sales and Customer Sales reps to bring cost-effective strategies and elevated service to our customers' shipping/receiving departments.

PRIMARY JOB DUTIES:
- Strong Customer Service Skills
- Obtaining shipment updates from contractors
- High-volume phone and email outreach
- Negotiating rates with contractors and customers
- Providing updates and solutions to Carrier Sales, Regional Dispatch Managers, or Customer Sales
- Problem-solving
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be a self-starter
COMPENSATION:
This is a paid internship. Compensation will be based on qualifications and conversation.

- Must be enrolled at a college or university
